PFN President Prays for Buharis’ Removal
PFN President prays for Buharis’ removal because according to him the president has failed in handling security issues facing the country.
Respected clergyman Bishop Francis Wale Oke has says he has been on his knees praying for the President to be removed from the office.
Oke is the President of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, and Minister in charge of Sword of the Lord’s Ministries. He revealed this during a night vigil held in his church in Ibadan on Friday the 30th of April, 2021.
According to the PFN president, praying for the president’s removal became necessary because Buhari has failed in securing Nigeria.
The church’s vigil took place at the auditorium of the Precious Cornerstone University (PCU), Garden of Victory, Ibadan. It was at the auditorium that the president made the information known.
He explained that in the 1960s when Nigeria fought a civil war, the Eastern part of the nation was the focus of the war but unfortunately today, everywhere in Nigeria is the focus of so many killings and bloodshed that happens every day.
He also said that it was very shameful that the government was unable to do anything when gunmen invaded Greenfield Private University in Kaduna and kidnapped students.
In his words, after stating that the students at Greenfield were kidnapped and a ransom of 800million was demanded but a student was killed:
“The government could not lift a finger and you are telling me that the President has not failed? Buhari has failed!”
“For the first time, I have found myself praying that God for the removal of Buhari. They kidnapped students without the government doing anything and you are telling me that the government has not failed?
“Are you saying we can not move against an incompetent government whose security apparatus has collapsed?”
He further added that he is not afraid of anybody because he is the prophet of the Highest
“…He watches over me. No bullet of the enemy can kill me; I can’t die in the hands of a man.”
Oke also accused the Buhari’s administration of pampering killer herdsmen who have been controlling the nation.
According to Oke, the Fulani are a tribeless ten percent, yet they are troubling the whole nation, but God will cause them trouble and when the table turns against the Fulanis, they will be consumed to the roots.
While he led the congregation, Oke prayed: “We invoke the judgment of God on these people. Oh arrow of the Lord, we release against them. Sword of the Lord cut them off.
“Give us peace by all means even if it means removing an incompetent and a failed President.
“Oh God, do it quickly and give us peace by all means. Give us a quick and rapid change at the top level of government of Nigeria.
“Father, anybody standing in the way of your glorious agenda for Nigeria, clear them out; father, we decree and command, the breaking of a new and glorious day for Nigeria.”
We recall in the past that the President came to the office of the PFN president in 2015 and 2019 because he needed popular votes. However, the president since then has been facing major criticism for the rapid rate of kidnapping, banditry, and overall insecurity facing Nigeria.
