Pastor Adeboye’s Son Dies At The Age Of 42
Pastor Adeboye’s son dies at the age of 42 as confirmed by senior pastors of the RCCG who said he died in his sleep on the 4th of May after a ministration.
Pastor Dare Adeboye, the son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide, Enoch Adeboye was confirmed dead at the age of 42.
Senior Pastors of the church revealed that he died in his sleep on Wednesday, the 4th of May, shortly after a ministration.
“It is with a deep and heartfelt sense of loss, we announce the departure of our beloved son, brother, husband, and father, Oluwadamilare Temitayo Adeboye, who went to be with the Lord on the 4th of May, 2021,” an RCCG statement said, confirming the death.”
“His life was well lived as he served the Lord without reserve, giving effortlessly and leading fearlessly.”
The statement also confirmed that he was survived by his wife and three children.
“Though shaken, our anchor remains Jesus Christ in whom we have the assurance that we will one day meet in a place where there is no pain,”
At the moment, the family wishes to be granted privacy, and that they ask that prayers be offered on their behalf.
As news of Pastor Dare’s death made headlines, Leke Adeboye, his brother took to his verified Instagram handle to post pictures of his late brother.
“The righteous man perishes [at the hand of evil], and no one takes it to heart,” Leke wrote.
“Faithful and devout men are taken away, while no one understands that the righteous person is taken away [to be spared] from disaster and evil.”
His posts attracted numerous comments with many dropping condolence messages.

Members of the RCCG and Christians from other denominations share their deep sympathy for the Adeboye family praying God to give the family strength to bear the loss.
Furthermore, President Muhammadu Buhari in a statement signed on Thursday by Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina also expressed his condolence to members of the RCCG on the demise of the Assistant Pastor in charge of Region (Youth) 35.
He encouraged them to “find comfort in the teachings of the Holy Scriptures that those who have chosen to serve God faithfully will see Him as He is in eternity.”
The President prays that God Almighty will grant the departed rest in His everlasting kingdom and give comfort to the grieving family, friends, and associates.
